1. Page xvii. There's a reference to http://www.turbo-power.com that should, of course, be http://www.turbopower.com. Even though the URL is split across lines, it should not have a hyphen.

The Microsoft Manual of Style for Technical Publications has this to say on the subject:

Avoid breaking URLs. If you must break them, do so at the end of a section of the address immediately before the next forward slash. Do not include a hyphen.

So, Wordware got it doubly wrong. Heck, compared with the other things they got wrong in the book (don't ask), this is trivial.
